The purpose of this website is to educate Technicolor employees about IATSE Local 700 and the Union's current organizing campaign. As you know, the Union has filed a petition with the federal government for an election to be the exclusive bargaining unit representative of the operators and engineers, but not all of the employees at Glendale Technicolor.
